Join us for a Power Packed Teen Only Self Defense Class.
How safe is your teen at school, at work, on the road or
out with friends.
Let us teach them the techniques that could save their life.
They will learn to read body language, evaluate potentially dangerous situations and respond.
This interactive class will also eqiup your teen with hands on training in Strikes, Blocks and Escapes.
