The Kell High School Marching Band will hold a fundraiser on Saturday, March 2 that includes 30 rounds of bingo, a 50/50 prize drawing, a cake sale, and a silent auction on Saturday, March 2, 2013 in the Kell High School Cafeteria. The games will begin at 6:30 p.m.
“All proceeds from the games will go to the Kell High School Marching Band uniform fund,” said band director David Roth. “We have had the same uniforms for 11 years and we are trying to raise the money for new uniforms for next year. We’ve got lots of great prizes for everyone. People can pay by cash, check, or credit card. It will be a really good time.”

More About Kell High School
Carlton J. Kell High School was named for Carlton "Corky" Kell, a highly respected coach and athletic director for the Cobb County School District. Coach Kell is best remembered for his excellence as the football coach of Wheeler High School where he coached for eight seasons. Kell High School is located in northeastern Cobb County on approximately sixty-four acres. The school offers a broad spectrum of learning opportunities. Core curriculum courses are complimented by an array of fine arts programs, vocational programs, foreign language courses, honors and advanced placement offerings, and athletic activities. The mission of Kell High School is to develop responsible citizens equipped with the necessary communication skills in a nurturing and secure environment to be productive in a changing and diverse society.
