Celebrating 30 years as a neighborhood jeweler at Kaminski Jewelry Inc., Carol Kaminski is a funky, somewhat eccentric, yet savvy business owner.  Proud of what she has accomplished, she started Kaminski’s with her late husband, Ed, in what used to be a parking lot off Post Oak Tritt. “I’ve always loved jewelry,” Kaminski said. At his present location for 10 years, Scott De Long’s Auto Service on 2140 Post Oak Tritt Road, De Long manages a team of five mechanics.
