Speak Out: A Year Without Bin Laden

Do you feel safer than you did before the terrorist mastermind was killed a year ago today?

Today's the first anniversary of the killing of Al-Qaida chief Osama bin Laden by a U.S. Navy SEAL team in Pakistan.

The death of the man who ordered the 9/11 terrorist attacks almost 10 years earlier sparked spontaneous celebrations, then thoughtful discussion, such as this blog post by the Rev. Panayiotis Papageorgiou of Northeast Cobb's Holy Transfiguration Greek Orthodox Church.

The Huffington Post asks five unanswered questions about bin Laden's death, but a bigger question is one you can answer:

As the new Freedom Tower at Ground Zero stands taller than any other building in New York and as we continue to take off our shoes, empty our pockets and submit to pat-downs at airports, do you feel safer now than you did May 1, 2011?
