Sneak A Peek Times for Northeast Cobb Schools

The back to school information sessions are starting soon.

 

Cobb County schools will be opening their doors for students on Aug. 13. Before then, parents and students will have an opportunity to meet with teachers, discuss expectations and take a tour of the facilities. The "Sneak A Peek" event is the last major summer event before school comes back in session.

Northeast Cobb schools have provided the following information for their Sneak A Peek events:

Addison Elementary School

Will be holding two informational sessions on Thurs, Aug. 9. Parents of kindergarteners will come during the morning session:

7:30-8:15 
A-M in the classrooms
N-Z in the Cafeteria 
8:30-9:15
N-Z in the classrooms
A-M in the Cafeteria

Parents and students in grades 1-5 will have the evening session:

6:00-6:45
A-M in the classrooms
N-Z in the Cafeteria
7:00-7:45
N-Z in the classrooms
A-M in the cafeteria

Kindergarten students will have the opportunity to look at their classrooms and hug their teacher on Friday, Aug. 10 from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.

Bells Ferry Elementary School

Meet and Greet: Thursday, Aug. 9 - 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Daniell Middle School

Sneak A Peek: Aug. 9, 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Open House: Aug. 21, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Blackwell Elementary School

Sneak A Peek: Thursday, Aug. 9, 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
Open House: Thursday, Aug. 16, 6:15 - 8:00 p.m.

Davis Elementary School

Meet and Greet: 

8:30 - 9:00 a.m. New Families to Davis
9:00 - 10:00 a.m. M - Z
10:00 - 11:00 a.m. A - L

Keheley Elementary School

Sneak A Peek: Aug. 10, 7:30-9:00 a.m.
Open House: Aug 16.
5:30 - 6:15 p.m. Session One
6:20 - 6:55 p.m. PTA Meeting
7:00 - 7:45 p.m. Session Two 

Kincaid Elementary School

Meet and Greet: Aug. 9, 1-3 p.m.

Mabry Middle School

Charger Day: Aug. 9, 9 a.m. - noon. Students are asked to dress for their yearbook photos and parents are asked to bring multiple checks for different services.

McCleskey Middle School

Preview Day: Thursday, Aug. 9
7th & 8th grades- 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
6th grade- 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.

Nicholson Elementary School

Meet and Greet: 
Grades 1-5: Aug. 9 from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.
Kindergarten: Aug. 11, 9 a.m.

Simpson Middle School

Soaring Day: Aug. 9
6th Grade Camp 1:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. 
6th Grade Soaring Day 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. 
7th & 8th Grade Soaring Day 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Rocky Mount Elementary School

Sneak A Peek: Aug. 9, 1:00 to 2:00 for last names beginning with A - L,  2:00 to 3:00 for last names beginning with M - Z.
