According to the Cobb County jail booking report, Northeast Cobb resident Fabien Gerald Scott was arrested Tuesday and charged with simple battery and giving a false name.
Scott, 33, lives in the 100 block of Freys Gin Rd.
After being arrested, he was booked into the county jail, where he remains on a bond of $6500.
