"Another week, another royal nudity scandal,” writes the U.K. Huffington Post in reporting that Prince William is now suing a French magazine for publishing pictures of his wife sunbathing topless in the South of France. This comes on the heels of another nudity scandal just a couple of weeks before when pictures of Prince Harry’s “crown jewels” surfaced following a romp in a hotel suite. No lawsuit followed there, at least not that has been reported at this time, but Prince William’s distain for the invasion of his privacy is well documented. In the light of what happened to his mother, most sympathize with this sentiment. But there are others who question why the royals continue to act in such a way to attract so much public attention if they really don't want it.

So who is in the wrong here? Are the royals entitled to more privacy by virtue of who they are, or should they exercise more caution because of who they are?
