UPDATE: According to WDRW-TV Augusta, Austin Waters, 3, has been found. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation has canceled the Levi's Call.
ORIGINAL STORY: Local authorities in Walton County have issued a Levi's Call for a toddler who was last seen early Saturday afternoon.
Austin Waters, 3, was abducted from Monroe on Saturday. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans. He is 2 feet 6 inches tall, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Waters is thought to be in grave danger.
According to authorities, the abductor is believed to be 44-year-old Bobby Waters, the toddler's non-custodial parent. Waters was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with "Appalachee Plumbing" on it, blue jeans, and work boots. He is 5 feet seven inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, and has blue eyes.
According to FOX 5 Atlanta, the elder Waters said he was going to take the child across state lines and he would never be seen again.
Waters is driving either a 1993 gray Toyota Camry with license plate number B2W 9549 or a 1990 Geo Metro with license plate number BYK 4692.
Waters was last seen at 1:30 p.m. Saturday traveling on Highway 138 towards Gainesville.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Austin or Bobby Waters is urged to call 911.
