ESPN Highlights Lassiter's Printz
The junior will take his talents to the Elite 11 quarterback camp Friday.
Lassiter quarterback Eddie Printz will compete at the Elite 11 regional quarterback camp Friday at Buford High School, trying to earn a spot in the July finals in California.
It’s the second consecutive year Printz will participate in the quarterback camp, open to the top rising seniors and select underclassmen.
After passing for more than 3,300 yards and leading the Trojans to the state semifinals as a junior, he’s the 19th-rated pocket passer in the high school Class of 2013, according to ESPN, and Rivals' 20th-rated pro-style passer.
Printz talked to ESPN this week about the Elite 11 camp, his commitment to attend UCLA after initially committing to SMU, and his hopes for his senior season at Lassiter.
