Missing Marietta Man Found Safe
Dudley Charles Lyon, 81, was discovered by Habersham Police Tuesday night.

Cobb Police said Lyon was found safe by the Habersham Police Departmet around 7 p.m. Tuesday and was "in good health and spirits."
Police also indicated there were no signs of fou play.

Cobb Police are searching for an elderly Marietta man who left his home Tuesday morning in a pickup truck and hasn't been seen since.
A Mattie's Call was issued out of East Cobb's Precinct 4 for Dudley Charles Lyon, 81, who left his home around 11:30 a.m. to go to the grocery store and has not returned, according to a police statement released around 4:45 p.m.
Lyon's wife reported him missing, according to police, who said he was driving a 1994 white Dodge Dakota pickup with blue pinstripes. The license plate is Georgia WD11W4.
Police said Lyon suffers from dementia. He is a white male, 5-foot-9 tall and weighs around 160 pounds. Police said Lyon was last seen wearing a long sleeved blue flannel shirt and long khaki pants.
Anyone who has seen Lyon is asked to contact their local law enforcement agency by dialing 911.
