There's nothing more inspiring to an athlete than to play in front of a packed house. The highs are higher, the lows are lower, and the crowd can actually influence the outcome of the game.
The ladies of Northeast Cobb high school athletics need you to be the extra push that drives them to the big win! All our local schools have at least one team playing somewhere tonight; they certainly would benefit from your support!
Kell
- The Longhorns Varsity Volleyball team plays two games tonight at home. At 5:30, the ladies take on Forsyth Central. At 6:30, Creekview is the opponent.
- The Varsity Softball team is hitting the road to battle North Springs on thei home turf. First pitch is at 5:55.
- The JV Softball team is also on the road at North Springs. The Longhorns take the field at 7:30.
Sprayberry
- The Jackets JV and Varsity Softball teams play against their counterparts from Cambridge on Sprayberry's turf beginning with the JV at 4:30. The varsity game will follow at 6:00.
- The Varsity Volleyball squad is playing a doubleheader at Pope tonight. The first game pits the Jackets against Cambridge at 5:30, followed by a 6:30 tilt against Osborne.
Lassiter
- The Lady Trojans JV and Varsity Softball teams are up against Etowah tonight at home. The JV game begins at 4:30, followed by the varsity squad at 6:00.
