Lassiter High School’s football home opener against Kell High School was a big celebration with a win of 42-13 on Friday, September 14. More important than the win, however, was the character shown by the Lassiter High students in the stadium. In memory of those who lost their lives on 9/11, Lassiter High students put aside the traditional school colors of maroon and gold and dressed in red, white, and blue for their home opener. Patriotism was alive and well in the student section at Lassiter High School this past Friday night. Trojan Nation will never forget…
